Sliding Scale

We firmly believe that advanced fertility options, such as IVF, should be available to people in the lower income brackets. For that reason we offer more affordable options, such as sliding-scale fees for IVF.

The sliding-scale reduced fee program is open to patients requiring IVF who qualify financially and medically. The financial qualification is based upon review of the household income as reported to the IRS. The reduction in fees varies depending upon the average household income on tax returns for the two most recent years. To qualify medically a patient must have at least 10% chance of a live birth in one IVF cycle.

At the present time, the sliding scale program does not include treatments with donor eggs but sharing of eggs between two recipients is available and more affordable.
